Meet Chef Patricia Caballero
For Chef Patricia Caballero, food is both craft and calling. She learned to love food in the homes of her Colombian aunts and cousins—where the kitchen was filled with stories, aromas, and laughter that shaped her understanding of hospitality.
With over 15 years of experience in fine dining and catering, she has honed a style that blends French technique with the warmth of global comfort foods. A graduate of St. Philip’s Culinary School with a degree in Culinary Arts, Chef Caballero received classical French and Latin American culinary training.
Today, the Chef continues to expand her expertise as she pursues a Master’s in Nutrition, deepening her commitment to creating food that is as nourishing as it is delicious.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Caballero serves as a consultant to restaurants and culinary professionals, helping them design thoughtful menus and elevate flavor. Her passion for feeding communities also extends to schools, where she crafts healthy menus that make nutritious eating approachable and fun.
Chef Patricia owns and operates a Colombian food catering truck that brings authentic flavors to the streets, local businesses, and events near you.
The Chef is working on her first cookbook—a vibrant collection of recipes celebrating heritage, innovation, and joy.
As a private chef, she brings her signature touch of elegance and warmth into every home and event.
Chef Caballero’s creativity continues to grow through her teaching. Her hands-on cooking classes welcome everyone—from home cooks to aspiring chefs—to learn, laugh, and discover new confidence in the kitchen. She’s also developing an exclusive “Farm to Table” dining experience that will showcase local ingredients and seasonal inspiration.
For Patricia, every dish is an act of connection—a chance to make people feel seen, celebrated, and cared for. At Heavenly Delights, that belief continues to guide everything she creates: food that feeds both the body and the soul.
“Food should make people feel seen, celebrated, and loved.”
